We are able to perform both rough and precision finishing machining of parts with dimensions from several centimetres up to sizable workpieces. We process both rotating and non-rotating parts, including those involving intricately shaped surfaces, such as forging dies, etc.

1. Machining of rotating parts


We perform machining on conventional centre laths, CNC-controlled lathes, conventional as well as CNC vertical lathes; our stock of machinery also includes machines with driven tools.

• 7 CNC vertical lathes with the maximum diameter from 800 mm to 12,000 mm. The 12-m vertical lathe is equipped with driven tools
• 11 vertical lathes with the maximum workpiece diameter from 1,200 mm to 5,000 mm.

Our production facilities involve an extensive stock of machinery for processing non-rotating parts; this includes horizontal boring machines in particular, but also milling machines, planers, drilling machines, a slotting machine and surface grinding machines.
