SURFACE TREATMENT AND PAINTING

Degreasing of Weldments:

Degreasing of weldments is carried out using agents based on tensides and phosphate additives. This process allows the treatment of components up to 6,500 x 4,000 x 2,000 mm in size and weighing up to 15 tons.

Blasting:

Manual blasting is performed pneumatically with the collection of abrasives. The maximum dimensions of the parts treated are 34,000 x 6,000 x 4,000 mm and 10,000 x 4,000 x 3,000 mm, with a processing capacity of up to 80,000 m² per year. Steel grit, slag, and silica sand are used to achieve a high surface cleanliness grade.

Painting:

Painting is carried out in specialized paint shops and spray booths for components ranging from 15,000 x 4,000 x 6,000 mm to 32,000 x 4,500 x 6,500 mm. We use wet spray painting with synthetic, epoxy, and polyurethane paints. The quality of the painting is ensured by high-pressure spray equipment.
