Design and Development Work

Our design and development department provides technical support for general repair work, reconstruction, and product innovation. This specifically pertains to mining equipment and cranes. Technical support covers all technical actions for conducting tenders, developing technical documentation, preparing production drawings, and providing technical assistance during production. We perform 2D drawings, 3D modeling, and finite element method calculations.ly.

Metallurgy Technical Support

We use a wide range of software tools to help us achieve production efficiency and cost savings, ia. programms MAGMAsoft, CATIA and Simufact.forming 13.0.

Castings Production

In the field of casting, our company offers quality solutions for the manufacture of steel and cast iron products. We specialize in creating blanks from steel, cast iron, and unique alloys, ensuring precise adherence to schedules and efficient processing within budget. Our team provides a comprehensive approach that includes both manual and machine forming, as well as a complete cycle of machining to meet the specific requirements of each client. Die Forgings

One of the directions of our activity is the production of forgings — these are forged blanks of various cross-sections (round, square, rectangular, or variable), which are created through forging on presses and hammers in accordance with GOST 8479-70 and GOST 7829-70. They are made from a variety of materials: structural, low-alloy, alloyed, heat-resistant, tool steel, and others. After heat treatment, all forgings undergo ultrasonic inspection and testing of mecha ical properties, ensuring high quality. The company also offers additional services for machining and supplying forgings.

Cutting and Forming of Materials

Our company specializes in high-precision cutting and forming of materials for industrial applications. Utilizing advanced machinery and certified processes, we deliver steel components and structures of any complexity, tailored to the unique needs of mining, construction, and heavy industry sectors. With a focus on quality and durability, we ensure every product meets international standards and client expectations.

Welding

We weld steel structures weighing up to 120 tons, including high-alloy austenitic steels and non-ferrous metals, including aluminum.
Welding methods:
Manual welding: TIG, MIG, MAG (up to 48,000 mm).
Automatic welding: flux-cored (up to 25,000 mm).
Robotic welding: using MIG/MAG (up to 4000 kg).
Automated welding in a protective atmosphere (up to 13,000 mm).

Machining

Our company performs both rough and precise machining of parts of various sizes, from a few centimeters to large workpieces. We process both rotating and non-rotating components, including complex shapes such as forging dies. Machining of Rotating Parts: We use CNC lathes and non-CNC lathes, vertical lathes, and equipment with driven tools

Heat Treatment

• Normalising – the goal is to soften the rough and uneven primary structure to achieve optimal mechanical properties for the particular material, at the least possible tension inside the casting.
• Homogenisation annealing – reduces the differences in chemical composition, and induced dendritic and band dissolving through mixing and improvement of the homogeneity of the casting.
• Quenching and tempering – achievement of a controlled amount of hardening structures, particularly martensite, respectively bainite.
• Stress relieving – removing a large part of the internal stresses in castings which are the result of both contraction and uneven cooling of strong and weak parts of the casting in the mould.
• Soft annealing – facilitating finishing of castings, including prevention of cracking when firing risers and improvement of machining capability.
• Stress relieving after welding – removing tension after production welding. • Homogenisation of welded sections and achievement of minor differences in hardness of the base metal, transition layer and weld metal.
• Ferritisation annealing – possibility to change the structure of the base in nodular cast iron, remove the vitreous after burning, welding, etc.

Surface Treatment and Painting

Degreasing of welded structures - spraying with a surfactant-based spray.
Painting
Carried out in a painting workshop and spraying zones, with part and structure dimensions ranging from 15,000 x 4,000 x 6,000 mm to 32,000 x 4,500 x 6,500 mm. We use wet spraying with synthetic, epoxy, and polyurethane paints. High-quality painting is achieved through high-pressure spraying equipment.

Quality Control

We check the quality of our production throughout the entire production cycle. We use destructive or non-destructive methods.

Servicing, Completion and Assembly

We provide comprehensive delivery and installation of our products. This includes the assembly and disassembly of excavators with buckets, loaders, conveyor belts, and other mining equipment, as well as heavy metal structures. We have our own team of experienced installers capable of working in challenging climatic conditions.
